How to change your password

Below are the steps on how to change your password for your NetVault Hosted Exchange email account:

1. Open your Internet Browser and go to https://owa.yourdomain.com.au/owa or https://portal.exvault.com.au/owa.


2. Login using your username (email address) and password.


3. Click on the cog wheel icon located at the top right hand side of the web page.


4. Select “Options”.


5. Click on “General” to expand it menu options.


6. Click on “My account”.


7. Now click on “Change your password”.


8. Enter your current password and new password.


9. Then click on “Save”.
