How to set Voicemail of 3CX Extension via Web Client / Desktop App

How to set Voicemail of 3CX Extension via Web Client / Desktop App

Open the 3CX Web Client or Desktop App.

Login to 3CX Webclient using the extension number and extension password. (For example- https://netvault.3cx.com.au:5001/webclient )
Modify the 3CX URL according to your account details. If you're unsure about the URL, contact us.


Click on your Avatar (profile picture) and then your name.



Select "Greetings" from the menu.



Record a new voicemail greeting or upload a pre-recorded message.


You can Customize different greetings for different statuses (e.g., Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, etc.).
