How to change 3CX extension status

How to change 3CX extension status to “Do not Disturb”

  1. Login to 3CX Webclient using the extension number and extension password. (URL - https://netvault.3cx.com.au:5001/webclient) Change the username as per your 3CX URL.



      2. Click on top left to open the extension status and then click on “Do not Disturb” to change the extension status.




How to change extension status to “Available”
