NetVault Flat Panel Conversion Kit - Mount Installation

Magnetic Mount Kit

Your Magnetic Mount Set contains:
  • 4 Rubber coated magnet discs, each with M6 female threading
  • 4 M6 x 40mm Button Socket Screws
  • 12 M6 Black Nylon Washers

To complete the installation, you will require a HEX 4 driver bit or key.

Step-by-Step Installation Process:

  1. Start by removing the existing screws located at each corner of the flat panel kit.

  1. Replace these with the supplied M6 x 40mm Button Socket Screws, securely fastening them into the corners of the kit.

  1. On the underside of the flat panel kit, position 3 M6 Black Nylon Washers onto each screw.

  1. Next, attach the rubber coated magnet discs to each screw on the underside of the kit by screwing them onto the protruding ends of the screws.

Ensure that each magnet disc is securely fastened and check for a flat surface on the disc.
The M6 threading is uncapped and could potentially allow the screw to protrude through the other side if over-tightened, so please ensure that this does not occur.
